Watson Caravans Returns Policy:

1a. Introduction

We acknowledge that occasionally, you might need to return products to us under certain circumstances. This Returns Policy is applicable to all customers, regardless of their location. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as outlined under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related legislation.

1b. Unwanted Items

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return postage costs for unwanted items. Items must be returned unused, in a re-saleable condition, and in their original packaging. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will process your refund as promptly as possible. The original delivery charge will not be refunded.

1c. Faulty Goods

All purchases should be thoroughly inspected within 14 days of receipt. Tents and awnings should be checked before your first trip. If you need to return your purchase due to a manufacturing fault, damage, or incorrect item, we can arrange for collection and exchange. If you choose to return the faulty item by post or via your own courier, we will reimburse the return postage costs up to a pre-agreed amount. Please ensure that your goods are adequately packaged for transport in a cardboard box or other suitable protective packaging.

1d. Returns Form and Procedure

To facilitate the return process, please complete the Watson Caravans Return Form and enclose it with the product being returned.

Special Instructions for Returning Tents and Awnings:

– Ensure that your tent or awning is clean and dry. It is your responsibility to package the item securely in a cardboard box or other protective packaging suitable for transport. Failure to do so may result in the courier refusing collection or the item being returned to you unprocessed.

– In some cases, we may need to send your tent or awning to the manufacturer for inspection and testing.

– Include a description and, if possible, photos of any fault with the item being returned.

– If the tent or awning is deemed by us or the manufacturer not to be faulty, we reserve the right to return the item to you at your cost.

Please Note: We are not responsible for damage caused by stormy or windy weather conditions, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

1e. Refunds

We will issue a refund for the full price of any product returned in accordance with the terms of this Returns Policy. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for your purchase. We will process the refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product.
